La méthode champenoise a la place d’un champagne alors que le prix de la chambre l’aurait mérité… et la commande du petit déjeuner en chambre, qui mériterait d’être simplifiée

Schöne Lage am Fluss. Das Zimmer war zufriedenstellend, sehr geräumig, mit einer Minibar und Kaffe-Teezubehör zur freien Nutzung. Sehr angenehm fanden wir das separate WC. Hochwertige Körperpflegeprodukte im großzügigen Bad (mit Fenster!). Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant mit einer überdachten Außenterrasse. Eine kleine feine Speisekarte mit delikaten Gerichten. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Mir persönlich fehlte ein nicht aromatisierter Schwarz-/Grüntee.

Wir hatten uns auf ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit freiem Blick auf den Fluss gefreut. Stattdessen lag unser Zimmer im 1. Stock, der Blick auf den Fluss war teils durch einen Gebäudevorsprung verdeckt. Der Weg zum Zimmer führte über lange dunkle Flure und zusätzliche Treppenstufen !!! Im Zimmer herrschte ein sonderbarer Geruch, man hätte annehmen können, dass vor uns ein Raucher das Zimmer betreten hätte. Keine Frotteeschläppchen im Zimmer und kein Bademantel, insofern kam die Nutzung des Spa für uns nicht infrage. Relativ weiter Weg vom Parkplatz zum Eingang des Hotels, bei Regenwetter sicher kein schöner Empfang.
