Goed ontbijt, vriendelijke receptie en personeel

Kamer 113: stof op verschillende plekken, laken een grote bruine vlek, stof van de trap naar beneden en diverse andere plaatsen stof. Facilitaire ruimte stond regelmatig open en geeft een rommelige indruk. Ontbijt: diverse bestek bakken regelmatig leeg. Koffielepeltjes niet standaard op tafel. Assortiment is goed.

Ruime kamer en zeer uitgebreid goed ontbijt

Dat je pas exact vanaf 15u kan inchecken en dat er onvoldoende wachtruimte is en dat een mevrouw van 84 dan een kwartier staanc moet wachten en dat er natuurlijk om 15u een rij bij de incheck is waardoor je nog langer moet wachten. Niet klantvriendelijk en niet logisch!

"Vriendelijk personeel, matras van het bed slecht, zwembad rook erg naar chloor, wel mooi appartement"

Vriendelijk geholpen door personeel, kamer kunnen omboeken. Goed geholpen door de Belgische student achter de balie. Mooi uitgebreid appartement

Het matras van het tweepersoonsbed was hard en duidelijk aan vervanging toe, goed te merken dat het er voor lange tijd al ligt. Bij aankomst rook het erg naar chloor, een teken dat er veel vervuiling in het zwembad is. Om deze reden hebben we het zwembad en de sauna overgeslagen.

Goede locatie, ruime kamer. lekker ontbijt, fijn zwembad.

Schoonmaak kan beter. Vieze hoekjes, vlekken op de vloer en hondenharen op bed. Bij het uitchecken gemeld bij de receptie, maar die snoerde me nog net niet de mond. Ik denk dat ze bang was dat andere gasten het zouden horen, maar ik probeerde niet te luid te praten en was totaal niet boos ofzo. Maar ze liet me niet uitpraten. Jammer…

"Es war eine teure Notlösung! Ohne wirkliche Atmosphäre!"

Fantastisch, aber so viel, dass man es gar nicht alles essen kann! Am liebsten hätte ich etwas davon später essen wollen und als Picknick am Strand gegessen

Zu teuer für ein akzeptables, aber nicht liebevoll, atmosphärisches Zimmer! Zudem war es nicht super sauber. Es fehlte die Dusch und Handseife… Toilette war nicht richtig sauber, Lampen kaputt… , Heizung schmuddelig…
