Good location next to the Azul metro line station Parques. 24 hour staff at reception

Bad smell in the lobby and the hotel was in need of redecoration as all very tired looking. My room had dirty tissues in the bathroom and smelled of damp constantly (not due to the cleaning because even after housekeeping there was a constant damp smell). I would say this was a 3 star property over a 4 star.

Very central. Very near the park and near an El Corte Ingles.

Clean room Comfy bed

Walked into the room after checking in to see that the maintenance man was stood over our toilet with indecent images on his phone and trousers down over the toilet. Clearly he wasn’t expecting us even though it was at check in times. Alerted reception but no one was interested and nothing was dealt with.
