The owners were very welcoming and very professional and helpful. Room very comfortable with great buffet breakfast. Location excellent and only two minutes walk from the amazing old bridge (Stari Most) in Mostar. I would absolutely stay here again.

When you initially approach Shangri La you might wonder what on earth is going on..it's up a fairly steep driveway and the approach (passing a shelled former school that hadn't been redeveloped yet....) does not seem promising. Have no fear. This is a lovely place to stay, bedroom and en suite bathroom were spotless and comfortable, and you're 5 mins walk from the heart of Mostar. The staff at reception spoke superb English, and had both recommendations of what to see and where to eat, and talked - a bit, and because we, not they, raised the issues - about growing up there during the conflict. The breakfast buffet is small but has everything most travellers would want, fruit, yoghurt and cereal, bread, cakes etc. They did us a packed breakfast for the day we had a super early bus departure. And they produced a bottle opener when we came home with wine that needed a corkscrew. I loved Mostar but I also loved this hotel. Go stay there. You won't regret it.

Vi är mycket nöjda med allt på hotellet. Fint bemött på alla sätt. Litet familjeägt hotell nära mostarbron. Om man kör efter GPS så tror man inte man ska svänga upp till höger som den visar....det är en liten trång backe ..men det är rätt...missar du den är gatan enkelriktad och du får köra runt en bra bit. Vår bil fick stå kvar på deras parkering även efter vi checkat ut. När du kommer sent på kvälken , checka in och sedan två minuters promenad ner till bron upplyst och vacker och sitta ner och ta en liten fika ...underbart ! Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet !

Fabulous location , just up from the old city and Mostar Bridge so you are close enough to walk to everything. The owners are very friendly and helpful and they serve a wonderful breakfast made to your order. The room was small but well equipped. It is somewhat difficult to find as it is located up a hill on a small side street. If you are driving, particularly from Sarajevo, you might consider hiring a taxi when you enter the town as our GPS was not useful.

Husband and wife owners, building is in great shape, just a block up the hill from old town. They have done a great job remodeling the building. Rooms are comfortable, all have A/C. Rooftop terrace offers a great view over the city. Breakfast is not big, but adequate and they will always offer to cook eggs. Best in Mostar as far as I can tell.

Hotel is located up a long steep driveway across the street from the bridge. This is an ideal location to enjoy and explore this amazing town. The hotel is a recently remodeled building. The owners tastefully re-built this build and created a wonderful rooftop deck with outdoor furniture. Was told they would offer beverage service on the roof during the summer season. They are high enough to have an unobstructed view of the entire city. There is plenty of parking around the back of the hotel. The historic district and bridge are across the street from the bottom of the driveway. Everything you want to see in this town are within walking distance of the hotel. The owners are very friendly and engaging with their guests. The breakfast service was top notch.
