Hotel Tórshavn

The location is great it's just in the middle of everything. Close to the teeminal, close to the supermarket, close to local public transport stops, cafes, restaurants. It's perfect. Safe.

I had a bit of a heating problem, first it felt too cold and when i turned up the heater i woke up in sweats. Not big a problem since I only stayed for 1 night.

The handel of the window was broken, so we couldn’t open the window, and it was extremely hot. I called the staff about the problem and she promised to get someone to solve the problem, but no one showed up, we stayed there for 3 nights.. Then I wrote a complaint about it, and over 2 months later and no anwser.. This is very unprofessional.

Good and friendly service from desk and management. The hotel are in the middle of Thorshavn, close to shops and ferry´s.
