I travel a lot and rarely give low ratings for my stays, but this is one rare occasion where I gave a 4 star solely for the cleanliness of the room, clean beds, and clean linens. The most important things about a hotel are cleanliness, quiet, and delicious food. We were placed on the first floor with windows facing the roadway, and the whole night felt like I was sleeping on a highway. The traffic noise was so loud that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Instead of resting, my mother and I had a completely sleepless night and were incredibly tired.

1) The noise from the highway in the room is so loud it's impossible to sleep. 2) The lack of a "standard breakfast." They put a plastic glass for juice and a porcelain cup for coffee. The waiter gives you one croissant per person, some cheese, and two pieces of sausage. There's juice, water, tea, coffee, and pie. It's a snack, but not breakfast. 3) The walls in the room are permeated with cigarette smoke. Even a non-smoker can easily feel that someone has smoked in this room before. 4) The sink doesn't drain.

Chambre pas du tout propre au niveau du sol ! Un des volets était cassé donc impossible de l’abaisser… Bonjour la lumière au petit matin :/ L’accueil au petit déjeuner digne de celui dans une prison… on se croirait à la cantine (bcp de bruit et le choix est médiocre)

L’emplacement dans Turin est bien. Terrasse en bas très sympa ainsi que le petit déjeuner Personnelles de l’accueil sympa.

Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre demander de base, couloirs mal isolé. Lits pas très confortables. Dame du petit déjeuner pas très agréable
