The staff were friendly and helpful. They were a credit, especially the front desk staff.

Unfortunately the hotel is run down. In our room alone, the light, the TV, the shower, the fridge, the sink (wouldn’t drain) were all faulty. The towels were stained and the room was dirty. I had to ask for the water to be heated up and then it was just luke warm and only drizzled out of the shower head. I wouldn’t recommend staying it’s certainly not value for money. We left early.

Hôtel malheureusement pas propre pas d’organisation on est rentré à l’hôtel trop fatigué après une longue journée au travail, la chambre ça sent très fort la peinture sale catastrophe

El desayuno estaba bien, cama vieja pero cómoda

había obras en el hotel, desde que hice el check in hasta las 5 no pude descansa, y me queje 2 veces y solo decían que ahora pasaban, a las 9am volvió a empezar. wc suelto, ducha vieja, mandos de tv rotos, televisión sin poder usar, etc etc

J'ai réservé une chambre fumeur,pas de balcon ! On m'a simplement dit de fumer à la fenêtre. J'ai demandé un cendrier que je n'ai jamais eu. Fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain au niveau des toilettes
