Great place with great staff and beautiful grounds

Parfait a tous les égards. Certainement un des meilleurs de Ouarzazate. Accueil, chambres, petit-déjeuner, tout est remarquable. Une adresse à retenir.......

Le séjour est satisfaisant . Le service de chambre est moyen. Ils ne serve pas de boissons dans les chambres d après la bar women , ni de repas en chambre. Bar fermer très souvent , rien avant 16h Mais la gentillesse du personnel fait oublier ces petits désagréments. Surtout Saleh et Mourad .

We stayed for three nights in the hotel. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The garden and the pool areas were very beautiful and looked tidy. The oldish gentleman who was at the reception in the evenings was perhaps, one of the most courteous, efficient and polite people we have met. He made us feel very welcome. on the first day, we had our supper. The food was OK. We wouldn't say value for money. However, as one of us is a strict vegetarian, there was not much choice. We ordered vegetarian spaghetti from the a'la'carte menu. They took a long time to prepare this dish which turned out to be below average. Since there was a delay, the restaurant manager offered a bowl of soup and as only a small portion of the spaghetti was eaten, they did not charge. they were very polite and friendly. I wish we could say the same about the food. Breakfast spread is good. The table clothes had seen better days. At times one had to wait a while before the dishes were replenished in the buffet. Room and people : great! Food : average Location: very good Value for money: good Wi-Fi: only in the lobby and parts of restaurant despite the advertisement claiming wi-if in rooms

Hotel establishment seem to be runing without a manager, everything runing on its own Food service is unpredictable, buffet with flies and cold ain courses Hot fresh coffe is hard commodity in the restaurant, instead you may try warm yougurt All platters filled with one kind of croissant

De passage à Ouarzazate pour 2 nuits...apres une longue route et pour le travail....Correspondait à ce que nous cherchions pour nous reposer . Personnel souriant et très attentionné ...surtout au bar près de la piscine....La musique était en trop pour nous!

Note the Far Side reference in the title. My son and I stayed here. This place looks so cool on the outside. And, the inside is not too bad, but overall just a bit run down. Its like it was built in the hey day of the movie industry filming, but has slowly deteriorated. With that said, you get amazing value for the price. And, everything is clean. Pool is wonderful. Dinner buffet was good food. Breakfast buffet was dreadful (unless you like a variety of pasteries with great fruit juices). So, there you have it - some pros and some cons. But very good price and the staff is very nice.
