Regina Mare Adults Only

We spent a week in Regina Mare and enjoyed our stay very much. It is so well situated with excellent view on the caldera. Thanks to the crew - Kostas, the manager, who was so helpfull each time we asked for support and all entire staff, our stay was really memorable and exceptional. The property had amazing views and staff were amazing. However the main suite needs a stronger AC and it should be located in the bedroom area rather than the small alcove when you first walk in.

Great facility with awesome care from the staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Wifi could be improved for those who have to work on vacay but for social media it is ok.

Beautiful view and friendly service. We are very glad to stay somewhere quiet and out of the way in the Isla d and not in Oia or Thira.

Good selection for breakfast. Great view of caldera and very private hotel. Comfortable bed however AC unit faced the door leading outside therefore the bathroom and bedroom didn’t get as cool as I would have liked. With the hotel being private (no one walking past your room) you do have to walk a significant distance from the parking area. But the view is worth it.

Regina Mare has a great relaxing, quiet feel to it. The rooms were very clean and nice. Pool and the views were awesome. It’s important to call the hotel 10 minutes before arrival in order to get help with your baggage, as the hotel is in a pedestrian area that is a good 150 meters from the street. Helen and the other employees were extremely friendly, and helpful. If you like hiking, the walk to Oia is spectacular, 2.5 hours.

This property was in an excellent location in Santorini. We were looking for a place away from the tourist crowds yet still accesses the spots to go to. There’s some walking and stairs to get to it, but we loved our stay.

We wanted to stay in Imerovigli searching for the right hotel. It was my GF's bday so it was important to get it right. The process, if you're reading this you obviously know , is quite difficult. If you are reading this feel secure that the pictures and the 5 star reviews of the Regina Mare are 100% accurate although the pictures don't do the location of the hotel the justice it deserves. The beauty of the pics of Santorini show white glistening hotels and buildings next to each other dotting the hillsides they are built into. Makes a great picture but visiting a number of them while there, eating at restaurants overlooking them, they lack the privacy that the Regina Mare provides. Its truly amazing as you see only one hotel barely to the south and nothing but mountain to the north and in front and below nothing but mountain terrain and the sea.. It truly feels like a separate piece of paradise. Sitting by the pool at sunset watching the brilliantly gold sun gently drop into the horizon is breathtaking. It feels as if you're on an ocean liner's balcony in the middle of sea. We saw a number of sunsets from various locations, and sitting at the hotel was the best. The rooms are all different, depends on your budget, you won't be disappointed. There are a few small rooms surrounding the pool you should try and avoid though. Its a bit of a walk to get there from the cab but so well worth it. Helen the manager is amazingly wonderful and the staff is warm and friendly! Book it!

The staff were extremely fantastic....... The food we had was on the money....... The room was comfortable ...... Stayed for 4 nights.... The hardest part was to leave....
