Hotel decente para pasar una noche en MAdrid, se puede descansar bien, baño privado con buena ducha. Las habitaciones son más chicas de lo que aparentan ser en las fotos.

Room was bright and clean. The bathroom immaculate. Service was attentive. Shout out to Jose - thanks for your help during check - in.

This Hostal Gala is a perfect stay to visit and walk around the center of Madrid, close to everything! Since it is a hostal, don't expect to find conditions like in a hotel. First of all it is located on a second floor, so, no direct access from the street to front desk. Anyway, it is worthy for the price you pay. I recommend it to visitors. There was a problem with the A/C one night. They have central A/C, so you cannot adjust your room temperature according to your needs. Also, the room does not have a bench to place your luggage. Rest of the things are acceptable. We want to recognize the attention from the guys at front desk any time. Ed and Ann

The property is on the third floor with no working elevator.

Amo este Hotel. Es cómo tener un apartamento en el corazón de Madrid, es un lugar familiar y yo lo recomiendo, ya me he quedado dos veces en distintas ocasiones y lo he disfrutado mucho. Perfecto para parejas, grupo de amigos o familia con niños.

Rooms and beds are clean. Location is just perfect. It can be a bit noisy as it's in the center. Pretty good place and friendly staff.

Everything was good for the amount paid. I recommend to install more electricity outlets in the room.
