Overall a nice apartment, modern and clean, washing machine and dryer, secure garage parking

Technically is beachfront, but unit a little down below street level and really only see the highway and some buildings across the highway with only a very tree filtered partial view of ocean. Quite a bit of noise from highway. Mini-splits in apartment make squealing noise. Have to drive for any food/beverage.
