It was very noisy during the night. The place was a little bit messy. The bathroom was not clean and very used…

Habitación amplia. Parking a precio razonable, en 15min estas en el centro de Bratislava y al lado del aeropuerto.

Esta bastante anticuado, no ha sido renovado. El baño con poca fuerza de agua y poca cantidad para lavarse el pelo. Desayuno sin opciones de fruta.

The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well maintained and hygienically clean. The only drawback was that the drain in the shower cabin was partially clogged, causing water to accumulate during showering.

While the room itself was clean and comfortable, there were several issues that negatively affected my overall experience. The parking facility is subject to an additional charge, despite Booking.com indicating that parking is included in the accommodation price. Furthermore, charging an electric vehicle is billed separately at a relatively high rate. The reception service fell below expectations. Communication was limited, and obtaining basic information often required repeating questions before receiving a response. In addition, the overall atmosphere of the hotel did not inspire confidence, as there appeared to be a number of guests whose presence raised concerns regarding comfort and security. Considering the discrepancies between the advertised services and the actual experience, as well as the quality of customer service provided, I would not personally recommend this hotel.

Rañajky boli vŷdatné. Postel velice pohodlná. Čisto bolo.

Na izbe okrem chladničky by som ocenila aj malú konvicu, a zopár čajov a kávy. Aby si človek mohol spravit teplŷ nápoj.
