For the money and the level of the hotel, it didn't meet my expectations across the board. It was not so clean, and we changed two rooms because the first one was humid (the beds were kind of humid, too). Breakfast was also not great, with some mouldy items (e.g., cereal dispenser).

ITThe staff has been really nice, and their English was good and easy to understand, we hadn't any problem in communicating actually. 5 stars! I really liked the breakfast, I really appreciated the variety of options there were. 5 stars! The room was big and clean. 5 stars! I really enjoyed this hotel and for the price it had I really think it is an amazing option.
The location might be a little far for the main attractions of Suzhou, but there is a subway near the hotel (I'd say less than 10 mins walking) and the taxi are cheap, so it wasn't a bother going to the places we wanted to go.
