Hilton Garden Inn Bartlesville

It is a very nice hotel that we have stayed in several times. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. My only complaint is that the staff did not greet us the way they used to. Maybe to busy on their cell phones, who knows. We do not purchase the breakfast, so I can not comment on that. The indoor pool is nice too.

Stay was okay. Room could have been cleaner. The padlock in our room didn’t latch so it felt unsafe as our door was rattling all night each time another door nearby would shut.

The night shift front desk guy was awesome. The weekend breakfast Buffett was very good, and the waitress was so sweet.

Most of the back parking lot was under more than a foot of water. Bathroom had wallpaper coming off, rust on the light fixtures and soap dispenser by sink mounted to wall was falling off. They charge $14 per person for breakfast for very little food. Bucket was in the middle of the lobby for dripping water which looking at the ceiling tile is a common thing. I would expect this at a low budget motel, not a Hilton

Stayed here two nights. The room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself is run down. We had issues with the elevator not working. I had issues with my room key not working. Everything looks and feels dated but it is a good location. Shower floors are very slick. We asked for interior shower floor mats and they gave us terry bath mats. Not a great solution to an obvious safety concern. The breakfast buffet is straight up terrible, especially for it being $14 per person. Came down at 9:30am (30 minutes before the buffet closes) two days in a row and there was no coffee. Just a big empty pot. Had to go seek out kitchen staff for coffee, which they provided one cup at a time. A homeless man wandered around the front entrance for a while before coming it right at 10 and helping himself to food. Not sure if hotel staff is aware of that or not. That might be concerning to some guests. Appreciated that the hotel has a snack pantry with lots of snack and drink options and the prices are reasonable. Front desk staff were polite and provided a good recommendation for a nearby breakfast place on the second day (Weeze’s). Tip: go there! It’s less expensive than the hotel buffet and it’s good food. Also the parking lot flooded on on side and you could see all of the oil in it. Folks parked on that side of the building had to walk through it. Fortunately we parked on the other side!!
