The hotel is in a perfect location and very central to everything.

I felt the room could have been cleaner as I found hair wrapped up in the bathroom towel for the floor and was given only 1 towel when 2 people were staying in the room. We was given a balcony room and felt it wasn’t the cleanest

Location was excellent, short walk into Chester town. Room was nice and spacious, reception staff friendly

Room was not as clean as I would have thought, shower head had mould on so needed cleaning. Bath robe had stains on it. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had in a hotel. We got continental but this involved a choice of one thing off a menu of about 6 things and juice and achoice from a buffet that was 3 cereals and fruit. There was no toast unless you chose it off the list. The restaurant looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, there was still food from the previous night on the floor and seats. Really disappointed. £20 a night parking is a bit steep also in my opinion.

Property location is good. Close enough to the bars but far away enough not to hear everything. Shower gel and hand wash was amazing will be buying some. Staff were mainly friendly

Room wasn’t as good as expected. Could do with attention to detail shower needs a good clean, mould around silicone. Breakfast was poor. Toast was cold smoothie was warm and not everything on the juice menu available and not able to sit outside in the sun as they don’t serve outside!
