Everything was great

Breakfast was excellent.

Needed a closer room. Long hallways for elderly. Room keys barely worked.

I stayed here previously for a family reunion and the hotel was immaculate that's what made me choose it again because of the location and the cleanliness of the hotel

The carpet and furniture were not up to par the bed looked like someone had been in the bed laying down the bathroom was not cleaned nor the shower all the vending machines have been removed and the ice machine did not work I was very disappointed. Also my total for the trip was 332.35 and the deposit was 50.00 which made the total 382.35 my card was charged 463.15 and the 50.00 fell off at checkout. The balance was not credited until Wednesday morning and I checked out Sunday. What was the extra charge for outside of the 50.00 deposit. The breakfast that was offered was not edible. The meats were not cooked through and again was very disappointing.

La camera, nonostante fosse pulita, aveva uno strano odore che non sono riuscita a identificare.

I stayed 5 days and at no point at all did maid service empty any trash or give me fresh towels and sheets. The front desk service was terribly unprofessional. 2 black female employees acted like I was inconveniencing them at check in and whenever I had any questions about the area. The pool water was green! Didn’t use it because it looked gross! Also, limited parking availability.

I like the customer service and recovery time when fixing a problem.

The dirty rooms that they assumed was clean.

The room was ok , location was great I would have like to see real utensils for the breakfast. I do not like plastic too much paper used. Thanks, Geer
