Lovely and clean swimming pool. Great eateries and shops in walking distance. Our first room (161) smelled badly of smoke and the mattress total collapsed on the one side. We were moved to room 147 that was perfect.

Nice motel, we enjoyed our stay. Sleeping was not the greatest due to all the noise. The room above sounded like people were falling out of bed and marching around whenever they got up during the night. The room next-door furniture kept banging into our wall and waking us up. We enjoyed the pool, they have a little tiny icemaker that was always empty. There was no way for it to make enough for the whole place. Room was clean and the air conditioner worked great!

The hotel was very informative regarding late check in procedures. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. They do need to fix the ice machine though, it’s 95 degrees and tomorrow will be 99 degrees! The area is beautiful with a lot of quaint stores.

I want to write an emphatic thank you to Brad and this establishment for their supreme customer service, friendliness and class. I inadvertently booked this hotel thinking it was in eureka california. I didnt realize my mistake until i mapquested the directions and saw it was in eureka springs arizona. I had planned a fun evening swimming for my grandaughter and we were devastated when we realized my mistake. All the hotels in eureka ca with pools were so expensive. I had received a lovely text from brad who thought i was merely arriving late with a warm welcome and instructions on how to access our room. I texted him back and explained the problem and he said he would try to issue me a refund. He didnt know any details regarding my life, yet his first impulse was kindness. His immediate courteous and helpful response eased the stress of the situation immensely. I received two emails confirming my refund the very next day. Needless to say i cant recommend this establishment enough as im guessing their accommodations match the efficiency courtesy and exceptional customer service i received. If i ever travel to eureka springs you can bet i will book this hotel I will also use hotels.com for future bookings. Bravo kind folks. Bravo! And thank you from the bottom of my heart. Corlynn

Was as advertised, simple and most importantly was clean! Love the area, delt completely safe and cozy.

It was great

We enjoyed our stay. Front desk guy was very helpful and kind. Tons of shops close by. Only down side was the room floor needed a good scrubbing. My son had black feet fairly fast so I used a wet rag and cleaned the panel flooring twice. After that everything was great! Highly recommend!

Check in was easy, rooms were very clean, beds were super comfortable, nice view of woods behind motel. Would stay again
