Location wasn't the best but ok.

Being told I couldn't have a room after I paid. The money was taken off my card for the reservation and I was refused at the lobby window later. Very upsetting. I spent about 2 hrs more looking elsewhere. I'm hopeing I get a refund. I didn't receive a key and didnt enter a room. The staff was unhelpful I and rude.

No breakfast. Located on noisy street.

The sink was clogged. The blinds on one window were dilapidated and dysfunctional. The TV was without instructions (I had to ask for desk help to come and make it work) and the remote's battery had to be replaced. The staircase had water standing on the steps.
