Very good experience . Enjoy a lot good staff. Very helpul especially princess nina helped me out. Stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is located at the heart of the market area…the rooms are clean , cooperative hotel staff and decent breakfast…overall a good stay!

This Hotel is outstanding with world-class facilities and the staff were very helpful and supportive, The rooms are very spacious and well ventilated receptionist Maria and Mr Ann are the gems of the hotel! Thank you all….

Stay was awesome, and the rooms were very comfortable. The swimming pool was also very nice and well-maintained. However, there were limited options for vegetarians, and unfortunately, no Indian food was available.

⭐ 1 Star Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended for Indian or Vegetarian Guests I am currently staying at Hotel La Playa Resort, Krabi, in rooms 8102, 8103, and 8104 with a group of seven guests, and the experience so far has been extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, no bellboys were provided to help us with our luggage. The hotel staff is very rude and uncooperative, and there’s a clear lack of basic hospitality. We requested simple vegetarian food like French fries or potato wedges, and even that was refused, despite us clearly mentioning we are pure vegetarians. Furthermore, the hotel insists on charging for basic items like ice, drinking water bottles, or any small requests that are usually standard in decent hotels. There’s no sense of courtesy or effort to make guests feel welcome. Everything here feels like a transaction. This hotel is clearly not Indian-friendly and not suitable for vegetarian guests either. The facilities are lacking, and the overall attitude of the staff is cold and dismissive. We will also be reporting this to our tour company to ensure that no future Indian groups face this same treatment. Avoid this hotel if you expect basic respect, service, and hospitality.

Nice hotel - good for families- close to plenty of shops and restaurants- beach is a walk away- really close for tours to Phi Pho islands - which I would recommend- pools are good size and staff are really friendly and accommodating - would return to this hotel

I don’t agree with the other reviews, before arriving I read a lot of them and they were largely mentioning the staff being lazy or careless, the breakfast not having variety and the rooms not being in good condition. I think the staff were very friendly and involved, they were always greeting me whenever I came in or out, they were always ready to deal with a situation, they were fast and understanding and the cleaners were very good and quick. I do think the breakfast could have a little bit more variety or some more food because it did run out quite fast but it’s not a bother if you are there early, there was a lot of construction noise on one of the days but if you don’t plan to chill by the pool or stay in your room all day that’s not a problem, the plugs in the bathroom didn’t work in the sink and bathtub but the staff were quick to resolve the issue. Overall, it is a very nice, clean hotel with lovely staff and nice pools, it’s a great location for restaurants and the beach with a 7-Eleven only a 2 minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that doesn’t want to spend huge amounts of money but still wants a luxurious holiday in krabi.
