Housekeeping very slow to service rooms, the pool deck area a bit shabby. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Absolutely amazing staff. Two pools however they also let you go to their sister hotel across the street for their huge pools (no cost). The place is very clean and everything (other than the TV) seems very new. Location was great right between the two beaches. The closer beach is way more beautiful in my opinion. Up and over the small hill is the main beach with tonnes of shopping and cheaper food but none of the beautiful waterfront restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Cheap massages and food nearby. 7-11 right around the corner or at the end of the Soi (street). Loved it.

Needs a bidet. But other than that nothing.

I liked everything. The position is right in the center of Ao Nang, the room is silent, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast is abundant and of high quality. There are two swimming pools. The thing I liked the most is the extreme kindness of all the staff, which went further beyond my expectations.

Staff were friendly. Great location. Very large rooms. Until the last night I would have said nice and quiet. Beds were comfy and air conditioning was nice and cool. Walking distances to beach and night market. Breakfast was good. Beautiful Pool on the roof with lovely views.

Our family had 3 pool side rooms and some guests were jumping into the pool, swimming and yelling until well after midnight. One of our rooms was right beside reception and it was so loud there so was a bit frustrating that the staff did not ask them to be quiet. Not sure why say there are pool hours if you don’t have to follow them.
