Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of the tourist center and monuments. Easy to go to visit all the attractions. Great staff very helpful and professional.

Great location. Easily walkable to everywhere but quiet at night. Made sleeping during the very loud, all day and night long festival, possible.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes from the beautiful Turia Park and the same distance to the cathedral (providing you don't get lost which we did the first time!!). Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a balcony. Only concern was the lack of cupboard space. Kettle was provided but the tea was camomile and no milk. We took our own tea and coffee and just asked for a jug of milk each day which they were happy to give us. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Right from the start they answered our e mails promptly and their English is great. They booked taxis for us from and to the airport. . Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. However there were occasions when there was nobody around and we had to go hunt for someone to get us coffee or milk for our cereal. A jug of milk by the cereal would have saved some of that. We would definitely stay here again.

Small hotel in a great location on the edge of the old city, room was clean, spacious and comfortable, we had a small balcony that opened on to a quiet street. 24 hour reception, very friendly and helpful staff. 1 minute from the Turia gardens and 10 minutes walk to Alameda metro station, easy access to all the sights in the city.

Somewhat old world character with vaulted brick and wood ceilings, marble floors and exposed brick walls in our room on the 4th floor. Probably could do with a bit of updating, however spacious enough and functional. Lighting in the bedroom is a bit on the dim side but good in the bathroom. No fridge in the room which was a bit of a nuisance if you need to keep some small every day items cool Ad Hoc is centrally located close to the green zone walking trails and only minutes from the two main plazas, dining areas and shopping precinct. It’s located on a small street and very quiet so sleep quality is very good Helpful staff, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean made our 3 night stay very enjoyable Free parking is just across the bridges over the “river” although this is on a first come first served basis. Didn’t eat in as there are so many dining options just a short walk away

Unfortunately this property was entirely inadequate during our stay. The room was very dirty, including used spoons and glasses from previous guests left in the room, a dirty toilet and half-used toilet paper roll, a dirty floor. We left ample time for the room to be cleaned as we arrived at the hotel at 6pm - checkin was at 2. We were honestly disgusted by the conditions. We let the front desk know and all he did was shrug and apologize. Later, when we brought more concerns to him, he offered to change our room but at that point we were already settled and didn’t want to waste our one and only day in Valencia moving rooms. The bed and pillows were also incredibly uncomfortable - my husband and I had the worst sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. The only redeeming factor is it’s location.

Located in the old city the hotel was perfectly placed. Close to Turia Gardens/Park (worth a visit) and the centre of Valencia. The staff were very helpful and friendly, showing us many of the tourist attractions on a map. We were surprisingly upgraded to a lovely suite, with plenty of room as well as a terrace. Amazing! We are grateful to the hotel staff for organising this. In addition, the barman of the Amberes Wine Bar attached to the hotel was very attentive to our needs, going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our visit. We are happy to recommend this hotel for a stay in Valencia.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, nothing fancy. The location is excellent, close to all the sights. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy. Overall a good value and decent hotel.

Wow, the hotel is just what we searched for, a traditional Spanish villa style interior with large spaces, wooden beam ceilings and original brickwork features. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with advice information and great banter. Nice, clean rooms with quiet aircon & super clean and tidy. Amazing location just a few minutes from the Plaza de la Virgen, The Towers and the Museum of Fine Arts, The Riverbed Garden is literally across the main rd & its in the heart of the Old City. Would definitely recommend it for a great relaxing stay. Thanks to all the staff especially Jaime at Reception who was super helpful & helped with my Spanish, i cannot speak highly of him enough!
