"Déçu"

À notre arrivée ascenseur en panne : ça arrive nous comprenons …. Un seul petit oreiller par personne , mon épouse demande à la réception 2 oreillers supplémentaires , réponse de l hôtesse , oreillers supplémentaires payant de suite .. notre porte feuille étant dans la chambre sans ascenseur nous demandons a régler le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner . L hôtesse bien conciliante demande à son supérieur : refus catégorique : payer de suite pour avoir les 2 oreillers supplémentaires ! Aller retour chambre toujours sans ascenseur pour régler les 2 oreillers .. nous avons accepter la panne d ascenseur mais l attitude de ce monsieur est franchement anti commerciale . Fidèle client de Kyriad je ne suis pas prêt d y retourner .

"Aucun respect pour les handicapés"

Ascenseur en panne . Comme je suis handicapé je ne pouvais pas monter a l étage. J ai donc réclamé une chambre au rez-de-chaussée mais problème il mon surfacturé la chambre . C est inadmissible . Je vais envoyer un courrier a la direction et publier le problème au service sociaux . Très déçu.
