Our host was extremely helpful for this unseasoned traveler. Communication was outstanding, property very clean, could not have asked for more. Property is in a quiet area, easily accessible to entire city. HIGHLY recommended!!

"Orvieto is a must see. St Patrick's is an amazing cathedral"

This was a very nice stay in a location that allowed walking all over Orvieto. The room was clean and the shower was one of the better ones we've used. In our case we came in on train and took the finicular to the top. We were able to walk from there with our backpacks. It may be a little more of struggle with suitcases.

"It’s a very comfortable stay with friendly host and short distance walk to the Piazza which is surrounded by restaurants"

The room at the highest floor had a little window that gave a glimpse of the clock tower from the bed and this made the stay pretty magical especially when the sun rises. The bed was big and cozy. The mattress felt amazing and found out it’s custom made. The aircon was in good condition and cooled the room down pretty fast.
