Internet is bad, no restaurant. I was not expecting this at all, I never been to a place and I couldn't have my morning coffee which is my most important thing in the morning, the coffee machine has no coffee bullets and how do they expect you to know what type of coffee bullet to buy ? This alone is enough to show they don't care, nothing special at all in the place, I would recommend a hundred place better than this one,

So beautiful, homey, comfortable and grand. The villa is so lovely! The trees, the landscape, the pool was exquisite and the front desk was very helpful. Our room was private, comfortable, had everything we needed and was extremely close to the wedding venue to which we were attending. I would love to return to this stay again.

The check in services were a bit limited for us considering we were driving from far but fortunately the host communicated with us extremely well so we made it in time. Breakfast was a bit early for us but that's not their fault. The apartment turned out to be slightly smaller than I expected but it was still quite spacious. I probably just misunderstood the layout from the photos. Still a lovely stay and I'd definitely love to return please God

There were a few kitchen items such as oven mitts and paper towels, napkins and salt that could have been provided.

Very scenic, beautiful and relaxing location that was close to our friend's wedding venue. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there were a lot of indoor and outdoor private areas to relax in. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the owner even helped us get back to Florence when there was an unexpected regional train strike.

Wifi was extremely spotty. Definitely need a car to get around the area as taxi service is limited, especially in the evenings.

We went for a wedding so most of the day we were out ,the wedding venue is 5 minutes walk away so the location was ideal ,the hotel had all the facsilities but we didn'thave a chance to cook at all,there was a swimming pool too didn't have time to enjoy a dip as we were very busy with the wedding . Beautiful scenic place indeed

we were looking for a shop near by couldn't find as we wanted to make a cup of tea or coffee .couldn't buy any milk it's very appreciative if some milk was in the fridge .

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Massini. From the second we were greeted like old friends by our wonderful host, to when we were shown to the most glorious cottage, to when we strolled through the peaceful grounds towards the clean and well-kept pool...all absolutely magical! It truly is a slice of heaven in the Tuscan countryside.
