Auberge aux Deux Lions

The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the location was fantastic for exploring Quebec City.

The only real negative was the narrow stairs which was a bit tricky for my husband to navigate, especially with heavy bags (we were going on a cruise).

Bon emplacement. Kitchenette en commun bien pratique. Chambre propre et très confortable. Hôtes sympathique.

Difficulté à joindre les hôtes par message (mais répondent au téléphone), et difficulté à les voir durant le séjour (réception souvent fermé). Logement bruyant, on entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus...

Very kind and helpful staff. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. There is a shared kitchen available, if you want to prepare your own food. Also many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

There was almost no water pressure in the shower.

Rooms very dark and very warm

While the room rates were competitive for the area, my room in the basement was cramped, with too many light switches to deal with. The furniture and decor was a hodge podge of dated items. Hotel guests are asked to do their dishes and keep a small, cramped kitchen area clean.
