Konden niet binnenkomen, reserveringsnummer onbekend. Telefoon van portier werd niet opgenomen.....Dankzij hotelgast die net als wij laat aankwam en al sleutels had konden we aan een kamer komen. Nachtmerrie voor reizigers die een hele dag gereden hebben.

Man skal vide, at receptionen lukker kl. 12, og at man får en mail med en kode til porten samt oplysning værelsesnr (døren er åben og nøgle ligger derinde). Vi fik først de oplysninger efter afrejse hjemmefra hvorfor vi ikke vidste dette før vi ankom. Det var et problem.
