Grange Resort Hervey Bay

Everything, the complex well look after. The manager was superb.

we travelled to Hervey Bay from Sydney for Christmas with my sister and family, so happy we choose Grange for our time there. we booked a 2-bedroom townhouse and got number 35. We were greeted by Alison who was amazing after a long drive and explained the complex, pool, bins, parking etc. very smoothly. Number 35 has living downstairs - with 2 awesome recliner couches and a large kitchen. Upstairs had 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a separate bathroom - all rooms had air conditioners and whilst the bathrooms are dated the water pressure was amazing. We didn't get to use the pool area and swim up bar as we spent most days at my sisters or sigh seeing. Grange Resort is an easy walk to the Pier and the beach front.

Clean, updated accommodation. Pool and bar were great.

Internet and reception was quite poor, not necessarily a bad thing, but was inconvenient.

Well maintained and clean

Security issues found garage remote door kept opening in the night and no lock from garage to the apartment anybody could come into the apartment, scary . Pool has a bar that is only open on Wednesday from 3 pm to 5 pm , no information on bar times in the apartment . Pool water fall only works when bar opens . Nobody at the reception at the times stated. No smoking at the resort but could go out on the balcony due to someone smoking near by . One rule for residents and one rule for quest.

Plenty of room for everyone with two separate areas for kids and adults if needed Close to everything, Beds were comfortable Lay out was great

All of the stairs, however that is to be expected in a 3 x story unit.....I'm just not as young as I used to be

Clean, quiet, close to beach, cafes etc. Great facilities
