CH-Nice secluded location -Welcoming reception staff
-No air conditioning in common areas - not acceptable in a 5 star hotel during 30+ degrees heat -Certain client-facing staff, especially at night, don’t speak English -Restaurant food quality (breakfast and lunch) is horrible (supermarket level) while priced at the level of 5 star hotels in major cities (Michelin star??) -Standard laundry takes 2 days -Room keys regularly don’t work and require a trip to the reception to replace -No towels and no service at the pool -Rather old and run down facilities
GBHotel Tiara was a beautiful oasis away from busy tourism. The view is breathtaking, especially at night. The property is so boutique that if felt like a luxury bed & breakfast. The chef customized an AMAZING vegan meal that I will never forget. And Sonya, the property manager, was magnificent. All the service and staff were stellar. It was a perfect stay!

Superb location with an exceptional view. Room was clean but would have been nice to have a vanity kit in the bathroom. The pool is amazing, peaceful and the sun beds are great. There is a shuttle service between their partner hotel with access to the beach. Both hotels are superb with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay 😊
I could write a long review specifying all the details that made our stay fantastic. But one word covers it; perfect! From the setting to the rooms to the staff... perfect!
Lovely place with great service under normal circumstances. Breakfast staff were abit all over the place and not prepared for service during trying times. Though rest of experience was lovely. Food and room service was over priced even for 5 star. Food also not very flavoursome
Smallish hotel with very personable staff. Made you very welcome from the start. Excellent breakfast Very comfortable bed and pillows. Only negative was the noise from nearby building site - out of their hands

This was the first stop on our honeymoon and I'd recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. The room was stunning, the views were incredible and the service was impeccable!
