"Nobody on reception after 5pm. Nobody to check you in."

Reception closes early. Everything has to be done by the paying customer. Not a good service.

"Prima"

Perfecte locatie in een oud Victoriaans gebouw. Van de buitenkant erg oud en achterstallig onderhoud maar binnen prima en schoon.

Parkeren betaald op straat of in een parkeergarage. Het gebouw heeft een zware opknapbeurt nodig aan de buitenkant. Receptie tot 1700 uur open.

"Perfect staycation…."

It’s a brilliant location if your catching the Blue bridge ferry as it’s with in walking distance. The only issue was we had no bath towels, but apart from that it’s perfect, we will definitely stay again. Comfortable beds and linen was lovely. Highly recommended this for a stay …..

"Not terrible, but disappointing"

Our room was clean and decent, but staff support was entirely absent and the plumbing was problematic but not disastrous. In a two day stay we never saw a staff member. We entered the hotel several times when there was supposed to be staff on duty. Must have been ghosts.

"Great place, friendly staff and quirky decor. Would stay again if I was in the area."

Very quirky place, love the history of the building. Clean but a bit shabby chic in some areas.

Quite a lot of street noise from delivery drivers in the early hours.
