Sauberkeit

Schlechte Kommunikation, Zur vereinbarten Anreisezeit, war niemand zu erreichen. Anreise zu einer Familienfeier. Durch die Mittagsruhe konnten wir uns nicht mehr umziehen und konnten erst spät Abends mit Code einchecken. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir diesen Code auch in der Mittagszeit hätten benutzen können. Schlechter Check in.

"SEHR GERNE WIEDER"

Das zentral in Todtmoos gelegene Hotel bietet alles was man braucht und das in sehr sauberer form. Das Personal war sehr frerundlich und ich bekam auf alles Antworten. SEHR GERNE WIEDER

Die Heizung war ein wenig schwach. Die Nachtabsenkung war für mich als sehr früh Aufsteher nicht ganz so schön.
