Our money went missing. The staff refused to assist with calling the police or reviewing the security cameras and instead accused us of lying and trying to avoid payment, even though the room had already been paid for. The director made inappropriate remarks such as, “you don’t look like someone who lost that amount of money,” and threatened us with “problems at the border.” In addition to the completely unprofessional conduct, the staff barely speaks English, which made the situation even worse.
