Handy location
Great space for our family of 5, as we have pre-teens that require their own space & unlimited wifi. Owners were very welcoming and accommodating, beautiful view of the lake, conveniently located and walking distance to town. Only issue was when booking room through hotels.com, they made you think your were getting a bargain on the room, which kept changing in American currency, and I only realized after booking that they charged my credit card in NZ $, making the exchange ridiculously expensive, lesson learnt! Best to call hotels for direct prices and skip the middle man.

Very clean, well maintained, has everything a traveler needs to stop in Taupo. Close to swimming beach( across the road). We stayed in a room with private mineral spa, it was just the right temperature and enclosed from weather elements.
Hello, service was great. Very friendly and welcoming. Bedding and bathroom/living were clean. The rooms upstairs/stairwell are in need of a paint. Facilities in the room were great - dishwasher/microwave/oven/fridge were all clean and in good condition. Lovely central spot close to the lake. Would definitely stay again.
