My family and I love to visit places with spa baths. This is the whole reason we came to try this one out in Whanganui. But this is the very first time we've had troubles with the spa bath and major electrical issues as apart of our stay. This is too big of an issue to ignore, the power turns off from a small amount of water around the electrics when you use the spa bath. This is not normal or safe. Not to mention the jets spray water and so does the plug when pulled. I've used many different spa baths around australia and nz but this was by far the worst experience we've ever had. The staff are used to the power turning off too which is a big red flag. This happened twice too many. This was a eye opening experience.
