It was adequately equipped with all necessities.

The facilities in room are great. All the basic amenities are provided. The location is also excellent. Sufficient parking in the hotel.

There is no lift. So if your room is on the first floor, you will have to pick up your luggage.

Very affordable, comfortable, cozy and clean. Good location. The spa bath was extremely enjoyable and relaxing.

Brian was helpful and accommodating. Washing machine and drier were a good asset. Fresh towels daily.

Personally it was too road noisy, but I live rurally so super quiet here. Room was dark, needed lights on even during the day. Spa bath with shower over would be difficult for some people to get into. Could hear the people/shower/ in the next unit.

Laundry facilities were a bonus!!! Spacious and lots of added extras!

Ideal for my post 6 Day ultra marathon. Warm, comfortable, great amenities, WiFi and best of all spa bath

Decent location, just close enough to town to walk, great facilities (my pretty spacious room had a clothes washer and dryer!) Nice friendly guy running the place. Close enough to town, some restaurants, and hagley park for a walk or run.

Can't complain. Everywhere in Chch has road idiot noise, but the shape of this place helps counter it if you can get the windows tightly closed. Parking is tight if it's a full house.

Clean, simple, great service handy location

Property is very nice but you could be up for some road noise as it’s right next to a main arterial road. Additionally, our room had a washing machine n dryer and assume others will to so be aware of really annoying buzzing sound when your neighbour’ choose to wash n dry their clothes - gave us a headache!!
