"An exceptional stay"

This hotel is exceptional. The staff is versatile and very friendly. The food was delicious and the breakfast served in the “vegetable garden” was a particular highlight. I can highly recommend the 4WD tour of the Bardenas Reales. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the area and its fauna.

"PAS A LA HAUTEUR DES 4 ETOILES ... SURCOTÉ, suis assez déçue"

- L'hôtel en lui-même, l'architecture, l'aménagement de la chambre - la propreté - le personnel - la communication jusqu'à l'annulation des prestations via WhatsApp (qui étaient pour un anniversaire) et sans aucune autre solution proposée en remplacement.

- parking à l'extérieur NON COUVERT , donc sous le soleil brûlant. Seules les voitures électriques ont droit à un abri couvert (2 places uniquement) - annulation de la prestation de massages au dernier moment sans aucune alternative alors que c'était un cadeau d'anniversaire. J'attends encore que la Direction me recontacte ou m'appelle (action promise par les équipes de l'accueil) - aucun devis envoyé AVANT la prestation de buggy demandée... au final 300€ à 2 pour 3h30 de balade.
