USGBThe staff are amazing, so very helpful and upbeat. We loved the views, the quietness (though it was getting noisier as Easter approached), comfy beds, and despite being up a hill (hence the fab views), it's a great location for the old town, marina, beaches and cliffs. We loved the way a big issue was dealt with immediately, positively, and without any difficulty. The pool is fab, a great size, nice and bracing in March ha ha.
We did not like the first apartment we were assigned, 103. An unpleasant strong odour of dampness made our first night an unhappy one. However, next morning Jessica at reception moved us into another apartment quickly and easily, and we really liked that apartment, which we will request again.
