"It was peaceful, relaxing, and having a fireplace, made it super cosy. Perfect Location!"

The breakfast place was walking distance, across from Treetops at Lochiel. Lovely staff and nice breakfast at Rangers each morning. We had a voucher for 2, for each day of our stay. As it was surrounded by shops, it was nice to have a walk around, afterwards.

A couple more small soaps or bath salts ,as we had a spa bath in the bath room, a minor thing!

spa , fire once we managed to light it .

very dark at night needed outside light , difficult to back the car out to go out for a meal . l tried to call and left a message when we arrived but got no reply. the fire was ready to start but there were to matches or lighter . we tried to started it by using the stove hot plates but they didn’t work. so we had to go out & try to find a shop to get some matches . breakfast was lovely. & the spa was great

Great location, lovely breakfast at Ranges cafe. The cottage was lovely and spa bath divine.

Cobwebs around the top of chimney /ceiling of bedroom, only as i have a slight phobia about spiders so creeped me out a little staring up at them. Very high ceiling so understand hard to reach to clear away.

Relaxing

The property didn’t have a fire going on arrival, it is winter, the property was cold We wanted to have a bath and there wasn’t any hot water, quickly fixed by staff No wifi, the code was written by hand and hard to understand the spelling, did multiple tries with no luck Blinds dirty, couch ripped We are not usually picky but at 495 doll a night we were expecting a better experience The staff was wonderful and helpful

Loved the fireplace and location. Very relaxing.

Plugged in heaters throughout property, amenities needed updating and knifes were requiring sharpening - struggled to cut up strawberries 🍓

We loved the location - so close to town but it was also very private with gorgeous views out of the main living area and master bedroom.

The water pressure and temperature control in one of the showers was not great.
