Warm comfortable and very clean

It was clean, warm and had good breakfast making facilities

We are aged 75-80 and one bedroom was up some steps. They did have a good handrail so we’re safe.

Bed was terrible and I had a sore back for 3 nights. Fridge froze food and milk, carpets dirty, white tail and ants we had to kill on entering and then a big cockroach that evening as well. Mold around the shower, towels getting older and during our 3 day stay no offer of fresh towels or milk, tea etc. Dining table was very wobbly, only one extra blanket. Heater was old and smelled when it was turned on. Couch which was a pull out bed had lived its lifespan and squeaked as we sat on it and sunk and was incredibly uncomfortable. There was a note on the wall saying dont pull out the couch/bed and wood put under to support it. I wish I had viewed before committing and we would not have stayed. I left feeling dirty and with a sore back. Was happy to leave. Upon reading other reviews these are issues many others have felt which have not been fixed.

Uncomfortable bed, mould on net curtain in bedroom and around bath. Mirror needed a clean and there was some dust on drawers.

Friendly check in, lots of space, great facilities.
