Hotel La Rad

Its always a good stay at Hotel La Rad, this was our third time. The rooms have been refurbished since our last stay and they are now modern & bright. The food in the restaurant is excellent at a reasonable price, parking is free and dogs are allowed at a cost of €20 a night. The hotel is near to the A62 motorway so handy if travelling through Spain or to Portugal, its is set back from the road though, so there is no traffic noise. There's a petrol station on site with cheap fuel & a small shop open 24 hours

The address on the booking.com website/app is incorrect. It was hard to find the hotel.

Once you overcome the fact that the hotel is behind a truck stop, you are pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome and the traditional surroundings. The evening meal was delicious and their house salad would feed four easily for a reasonable price. Our room was at the rear of the hotel, very quiet and offered us an exceptionally cosy comfortable night’s sleep on amazing supportive pillows ready to start our next leg of the journey. There is also plenty of open space to walk your pet if you have one.
