"Okay, but bad problem solving."

Good location, fine breakfast.

I had problems with the booking, I asked the Hotel, got no answer, so I booked a shorter period for safety reasons. Three different staff members promised me help. After, they wanted to give me much higher price for the remaining day. There is a bad message in this.

"Grosses, gutbesuchtes Hotel mit allem Komfort, aber laut"

Schönes Zimmer, nettes Personal, mehrsprachig und freundlich. Gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, alles vorhanden. Einfacher check-in, zum Glück ein Zimmer zur Innenstadt, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstrasse liegt.

Nachts Lärm einer Jugendgruppe im Haus, bis 5 Uhr in der Früh, Beschwerde hat nichts genutzt. Eine Nacht umsonst, da nicht geschlafen.
