Hyvä aamiainen. Valoisa tila.

Kylpyhuoneessa kaipasin hyllytilaa meikkipussille joka nyt piti jättää lattialle. Ikävä yllätys: Olin varannut ja maksanut viiden hengen ryhmällemme kolme huonetta, kaksi meille neljälle naisille ja yksi ryhmän ainoalle miehelle. Saapuessamme hotellin vastaanotolle meille ilmoitettiin että kaksi aamiaista oli maksamatta. Jouduimme maksamaan lisää 2 x 13 euroa kahdesta aamiasesta. En ymmärrä että varausjärjestelmässä hinnoitellaan kahden hengen huoneet aamiaisella niin että vain yksi aamiainen sisältyy huoneen hintaan. Näin ei saisi huijata asiakkaita.
