Excellent stay

This resort was stunning! Every aspect of our stay was unbelievable. The welcoming friendliness, and can’t do enough for you staff every single member from the reception, restaurant, drivers, servers were stupendous. We were upgraded upon arrival to a most spectacular Villa. Extremely romantic stay and appointments in the room, and gorgeous orchids everywhere! Treated to a Chinese new year show, a welcome cocktail party that was plentyfull with delicious food and drinks and entertainment. We had entertainment every night from two Very talented singers/musicians. It was hard, leaving and look forward to returning to a resort that is way above a 10 out of 10 rating!

Beautiful resort. Accommodations were excellent, staff was great and the food was very good.

The property grounds are beautiful and the views are amazing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was very good with a wonderful selection. Pool was very nice with great lounge options. Access to the public beach is easy and it’s an excellent beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to rent everyday. Buggy service is exceptional. Our villa in love had gorgeous views and was very comfortable. Spacious with nice storage and a comfortable bed. We used the pool everyday. The fitness center was nice with air conditioning and gorgeous views. The resort was very accommodating when my husband wanted to exercise earlier than its official open at 7:00 am. We had a wonderful time. If I had to suggest some changes I would: 1. Update the villa interior. While it’s very clean, the lighting and cabinetry are a bit dated and the villa is starting to show some wear and tear. 2. Our room had a strong odor that was difficult to identify. We figured out it came from the air conditioner. While it wasn’t unpleasant it was quite strong - like a deodorizer of some sort. It was overpowering at times. 3. We learned that the sprinkling system uses reclaimed water and when the sprinklers were in use around our villa, it smelled like sewer water. It was very strong which was not pleasant when we were outside using the pool. We didn’t mention it but it’s worth noting for people that are sensitive to strong smells or have asthma (like my husband). We would recommend this resort.

Stunning resort. Villas and their views are everything you could possibly want for a honeymoon or romantic break. Adult only resort which was perfect and everything about it was 5* Great accommodation, brilliant service and shout out to the ever so funny buggy drivers who we had great interactions with. I stayed in Inlove villa, it has been a memorable experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were pleasant and helpful every step of the way. I am definitely staying in the shore once I visit Phuket again.

Everything in this place is amazing! We had a room with a private pool and beach views. Dream come true.

The hotel is situated at the bottom of the road and overlooks the beach and sea. It's very quiet and secure. We came on honeymoon and the resort went out of their way to add special touches to mark the occasion. The reception is bright and inviting and the staff are helpful. There is a resort app which really makes things easier and enables messages to be sent to reception. There are golf carts which operate 24hours a day to take you around the resort and to your room. All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and go out of their way to learn your name and make the experience a personal one. The resort is quite hilly but is beautifully kept and has numerous footpaths should you want to walk around and take in the grounds and scenery. The rooms are amazing. Bright and well decorated and well maintained. The views are amazing and the pool and reck area is an amazing touch. I stayed in a love suite and 2 bedroom villa. Both are spacious with excellent room facilities The food at breakfast was varied and tasty with a Thai A la carte menu which was cooked fresh and was always tasty. There is a good range of options. On the whole I can't fault the resort. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really to make a big difference to ensure a positive experience is had when staying in the resort. I would highly recommend.
