Ramada Encore by Wyndham Whale Cove

The pool and the spa- was great for some relaxing family time

It was a major disappointment. We booked a '3-bedroom' Apartment, but it was far from what we expected. Here are the main issues we encountered: ​Misleading Sleeping Arrangements: One of the "bedrooms" was actually just a sofa set with a very poor-quality bed. It should not be marketed as a 3xbedroom apartment. ​Hygiene Issues: All the bed sheets looked dirty upon arrival, which is completely unacceptable for any accomodation- let alone a brand like Ramada. ​Poor Bathroom Maintenance: The bathroom was in disgusting condition. There was no shower curtain or door, meaning water went straight onto the floor, leaving the entire bathroom soaking wet and a potential slipping hazard. ​Lack of Privacy: None of the bedrooms had locks, and even more concerning, the toilet and shower rooms didn't have locks . ​Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic facilities made for a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this location until improvements are made.

Great position close to everything. Staff are amazing,only stayed the one night but wished we had longer

Great having a self contained unit with everything we needed for a family holiday! Wonderful pool (huge!)

Price was up there, but being school holidays its expected. Main bed was very soft!

Generous size. Very well fitted out. Very clean on arrival. Large pool. Short walk to some restaurants Good pick up location for tours to Fraser Island.

A bit dated decor. Could do with a paint refresh
