Dans un premier temps vous avez refusé de vous aligner sur le prix en vigueur sur votre site au moment de la réservation ou faire preuve d une démarche commerciale comme offrir les petits déjeuners D autre part J ai réglé la note en arrivant et quelle surprise d apprendre que les petits déjeuners n étaient pas comptés mais le parking oui …. Vous mettez des stagiaires à la réception qui était bien peiné pour nous faire payer et finie par faire appel à sa maître de stage qui valide également mais non en fait c est pas fait correctement C est piquant d apprendre que nous devons encore de l argent en partant et pas professionnel du tout Petit dej servi dans une salle à côté du casino sinon de bonne qualité

The hotel was very clean, staff were excellent and attentive and location of hotel perfect (close to Eurostar station and nicely placed for the town).

Nothing at all -but perhaps providing a little more toiletries in the bathroom would have made it a more luxurious experience.

La brasserie ressemble à un restaurant flunch et n est pas du niveau brasserie d un hôtel cinq étoiles. Je n ai pas aimé l établissement qui est annexé à un casino barrière. Ne mérite pas cinq étoiles.Hôtel pour le business qui n est pas adapté à un week-end loisirs

On constate une absence de produits d’hygiène de base dans la salle de bain, notamment du savon. Les installations du spa présentent des dysfonctionnements : les douches ne sont pas opérationnelles, il n’y a aucune indication permettant de distinguer l’eau chaude de l’eau froide, et le service global du spa est jugé insuffisant.le calcaire sur les mitigeurs et pomme de douche

Le tarif du parking apparaît excessif pour une clientèle qui n’a d’autre alternative. De même, le prix du petit-déjeuner est particulièrement élevé. Il est par ailleurs facturé avec un supplément de 5 € lorsqu’il est servi en chambre, ce qui semble difficilement justifiable pour une nuitée à 220 €, même dans un établissement cinq étoiles. Paradoxalement, des jetons pour le casino sont offerts, ce qui s’apparente davantage à une incitation à la consommation supplémentaire qu’à une réelle attention envers le client.

Personeel en met name het ontvangst. Daarnaast hadden ze cadeautje geregeld voor de jarige. Ik vond oprecht een uistekende service. We voelden ons speciaal door de klantvriendelijkheid
