"A Disabled American Veteran denied access with Service Dog!"

I am a disabled American veteran with an official service dog. The hotel manger Mary Graydon gave instructions to her employee Jacob to enforce the hotel’s pet policy and disallow my service dog from sitting with me in the dining area. This is a complete violation of the American Disabilities Act. I would not mind so much but I travelled across the country from connecticut to Mississippi for a family reunion. The whole reunion is staying at this hotel and they meeting in the dining area which technically after breakfast is no longer a dining areas now I can’t visit with my family. This Manager is despicable. There is even more to the story but I will save it for another complaint.

The property is pretty nice. There are several cosmetic issues already for the property to be so new. The elevator is popping a lot. In my opinion it’s due to lack of maintenance or damaged parts.my room was on the second floor beside the elevator and it pops a lot going up and down. The bath tub picket in my room was pulled out of the wall and hard to turn the shower on. One thing I have never seen was a cleaner leave a greeting card(which is fine) but they also left their cashapp on the card. I do not feel it’s professional. Overall the staff is friendly very quick check in process.
