מלון ברמה אחרת, הכי טוב בבטומי. מהמם ביופיו, חדרים מרווחים, המיטה נוחה בטירוף, השירות אישי, מיקום מעולה. ממליצה!

חדר מאוד יפה, נוף מרהיב. מלון מאוד נקי. ארוחת בוקר מספקת.

Every thing was perfect 👌

The swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. A special thank you to the lady working there, who was constantly cleaning and organizing the area with a warm smile and a positive attitude. The reception staff were polite and helpful, although they often seemed very tired. They spend long hours standing throughout the day, and I believe the property should provide chairs for them. From a human perspective, it is difficult and unreasonable for employees to remain standing for so many hours without the opportunity to sit and rest occasionally.

We arrived at 11:00 AM and had requested early check-in the day before, but received no response. Upon arrival, we were told that early check-in was not possible because the hotel was fully booked. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3:00 PM, but we only received it at 3:50 PM. This was especially difficult as we had been traveling all night with our 6-year-old child and were very tired. The room was not very clean. The carpet and furniture had visible stains, and although the bed linens were washed, they still had marks on them. Housekeeping only made the bed, emptied the trash, and changed towels. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and did not seem to be properly cleaned.
