Hotel was splendid. Clean, had all essentials, I would stay again. Met all our needs and very convenient location to Duke where my husband was receiving treatment. Thanks Again

Not much outstanding service all around

The location, it was a very clean room and very quiet hotel.

the check-in process was very slow.

Took forever to check in because the guy at the front desk kept arguing with me that I didn't pay for the room and I already did

Cleanliness, room layout, and friendliness of staff.

When we arrived, there was 1 guy at the desk checking people in. The room card machine was broken so he had to leave the desk and go someplace down the hall. It took almost an hour to check in! The guy at the desk was great, not his fault. He needed help but no one there to assist. Also, our family had several rooms, and we needed pack n plays and they were both broken! That is a liability to Marriott as they had to use what as provided and one of the sides is broken. There were no other options for these babies.

Upgrade your baby cribs to be safe and sturdy! Get more help especially on weekend!

We did not stay at this hotel. Upon arrival they said they were having system issues and couldn’t check us in. Assistant General Manager arrived after we waited in the lobby for about 1 1/2 hours (10:30pm to midnight)stated we would not be charge and for the inconvenience and would take care of putting us in another local hotel (which was of lesser quality) Home2 Suites by Hilton. My son had an interview at UNC in the morning and was not well rested due to this ordeal. Then after we were told we wouldn’t be charged, my credit card was billed a day later. Currently dealing with corporate to get this rectified.

I had a great experience during my stay, and I really want to highlight the exceptional customer service. Asia, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. She was incredibly welcoming at check-in, very accommodating throughout our stay, and even provided activity sheets for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch. Later on, we needed paper plates for a pizza we ordered, and another staff member, Kayla was quick to deliver them, super efficient and helpful. The level of care and attention from the staff truly stood out, and it’s definitely a big reason I would choose to stay here again. The rooms were clean and spacious and accommodated my family’s needs.
