Clean room, comfy beds

There was no person at the front desk. Breakfast could have been better, there wasn’t a very good selection. Shower nozzle needs fixed in room 208. It sprays to the wall and ceiling.

"Lacking staff presence"

Room was decently clean and large.

When checking in we need to work with someone through a machine not in person making the building feel less safe and secure and they are not available to help when things weren't working right. Breakfast is nothing special and not well stocked and the morning of checkout housekeeping wias knocking on the door an hour and a half before checkout time interrupting my rest time.
