"ALWAYS PLEASANT, HELPFUL AND KIND"

This hotel has had its ups and downs this year, but one constant is the always gracious and smiling TARA DAVIS in the Bistro. She exemplifies the SPIRIT TO SERVE created by Bill Marriott. Thank you Tara!

The room was very nice and comfortable

The hot tub was not working and looked like it had not worked for a while. This was part of the reason why we booked the hotel. And one elevator. Was not working out of the two so there was always a long wait. And crowded

Was double booked when checking in. Was charged by both Expedia and by Marriott. Door was difficult to get in and when closed and locked, there was a large enough gap that we could see into the hallway. No trashbags in the room and a weird smell when entering, Bed was wildly uncomfortable

The staff was great! The room was clean!!! Felt very comfortable for my stay for the WCMB! If I come back to Tyler, I will definitely stay here!
