Close to JR station, restaurants and shopping area

When I entered the room, there was sour smell / stale smell. I need to set the air conditioner to the strongest "fan" mode to improve the situation at all times. But the noise from ventilation system was a little noisy. I have stayed at this hotel for several times in past few years and did not have this situation before. Hope the hotel increase the frequency of cleaning its ventilation system.

5月29日から4泊を過ごしました。最後の日の夜、子供の愛着人形を失ったと助けを求めました。タオルのような洗濯の山の間にあるのではないかと尋ねましたが、遅い時間ですが、人形を直接探していただきました。赤ちゃんが生まれた時から最も大人の人形だったので、とても切実でしたが、助けてくれてありがとう。スタッフの親切さに深く感謝し、場所も施設もすべて素晴らしいこのホテルに次にも訪れたいと思います。ありがとうございます。 -スタッフのお名前は綾野福井です。 We stayed for four nights from May 29th. On the last night, we called for help because our child's beloved doll had gone missing. We asked if it might be among the piles of laundry, like towels, but even though it was late, they went and searched for the doll themselves. It was the most grown-up doll our baby had since birth, so it was a very desperate situation, and we are so grateful for their help. We are deeply grateful for the kindness of the staff, and we would love to visit this hotel again, as the location and facilities are all wonderful. The excellent location. About 3-4 minutes casual walk from Hakata train main hub, bus and taxii termini. Besides, the hotel lifts are accessible to the underground subway which connects to the train hub and the sprawling underground shopping and eatery avenues.

The daily breakfast selections are more like catering to local tastes rather than international.

Location is great

Toilet and bathroom is separated
